Introductory

This is our introductory product with remote telephone support for all your IT equipment with a response time of one hour during office hours.

£7 per month per PC, £3 per month per, switch, printer or router.

 

Business

Next business day on-site support and 30 minute telephone response time during office hours.

£15 per month per PC, £5 per month per switch, router or printer, £50 per month per server.

Enhanced

Immediate telephone response and on-site support within 4 working hours, all during office hours.

£30 per month per PC, £10 per month per switch, router or printer, £100 per month per server.

If none of the above suits you, we can provide up to 24 hour coverage of business critical systems and services. Please contact us for more information.

PSLMail & PSLWeb

For a small additional monthly cost to your PSLCare contract you can have unlimited email addresses for your chosen domain name and 100MB of web hosting. This service includes anti-spam and anti-virus filtering before any email is sent to you.

£5 per month.
