1. Networking.
We have in-depth skills in linking a wide variety of systems together to give you a fully integrated and seamless approach to your IT. Whether you want to connect Macs and PC’s or move to a true client–server environment, enabling remote working from any desktop, we can advise, install and maintain the hardware and software to achieve a resilient and reliable network. We cover all aspects of the physical element of networking such as cabling and wireless connectivity.

2. Hardware.
We are authorised partners of some of the top names in our industry, such as Cisco, Microsoft and HP, and as such have access to a wide variety of products that can meet all your needs in a cost effective way.

3. Security and Protection.
We can advise on the best way to protect your valuable data, from either accidental or deliberate loss. This includes virus protection, off-site back-ups and secure encrypted tunnels for safe authorised access.

4. Telephone Systems.
Whether you want a basic system or a state of the art Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone systems we can give you the advice you need to make an informed decision.

6. Peripherals and Accessories.
We sell a wide variety of printers, faxes, scanners as well as upgrade products such as DVD-RW drives etc.

7. Support Contracts.
We provide fully interactive support contracts where we actively monitor customers’ equipment remotely and begin solving problems before they even know they have happened. A regular number of on-site visits can also be included in every contract.

8. Internet Access.
From broadband (ADSL) to modems, we can help you connect to the Internet.

9. E-mail and web Hosting.
We can manage your domain name, i.e. your company.com and organise your e-mail to go to the right place on time. We have back up mail servers, so that if you cannot receive you e-mail for any reason it doesn’t get lost. We can also enable you to collect your e-mail from wherever you are in the world.

We can host your web site on one of our servers, or for those sites that have a lot of traffic, or you want more control, we can host your server in our London co-location facilities.

10. Installation Services.
We can install a wide variety of hardware and software, including where necessary bespoke packages not purchased directly from us. We also help our customers to re-connect all their equipment when they move office.

11. Training.
Any new system is much more effective if the right level of training is provided upon installation. We always ensure our customers understand their systems, without blinding them with technical jargon that they don’t understand nor need to know.

12. Project Management.
We are adept at working with other providers to ensure that whatever the size or scope of your project, it always comes together in a way you expect, on time.
