Best Customer Service in the South West

PSL (Poundbury Systems Ltd) are delighted to have come top in recent Microsoft survey of Customer Satisfaction for the Southwest.

The survey commissioned by Microsoft, is open to all Microsoft Partners in the UK. Not content with being Gold Partners – the top level of accolade for partners in the UK, Poundbury Systems opted to have their customer satisfaction levels measured in detail.

The results were astonishing, Poundbury Systems received the highest score in the Southwest and were classed in the top five of all partners in the UK.

Director Clare Jenkins said

We always strive to deliver the highest levels of care and service to our customers, to perform so highly against other companies in the UK, is a fantastic testament to the outstanding efforts of the whole team.

PcW, the largest firm of independent chartered accountants and business advisers in Dorset and the New Forest, with 16 partners and more than 100 team members, recently called in Poundbury Systems to give IT and network strategic advice for its new flagship offices at Towngate House, Poole.

James Robinson, partner at PcW said the strategic advice provided by PSL was proving ‘invaluable.’ He went on to say

Founded in 2001 by Clare and Mike Jenkins, PSL now has clients across the country and is enjoying strong year-on-year growth.
